Southwestern Vermont Medical Center is currently in the process of fully migrating into Dartmouth Health (DH) systems. As a result, we will soon be retiring the old SVMC portal and begin utilizing DH Connect for our remote access. You may notice that some links on this page have been moved. All of the links on the "Remote Access Center" now reflect DH remote access systems, where you can log into DH Connect, reset your DH password, or enroll in RSA, the authenticator needed to access DH Connect.

If you a non-employee who currently has remote access through SVMC, you should receive communication for the SVMC IS Helpdesk in the coming weeks on instructions on how to set up your DH credentials, enroll in RSA, and how to log into DH Connect. In the meantime, if you still need to access the old SVMC remote access portal, you can do so by accessing the "Downloads and Resources" section.

Please note: At this time, only the credentials and process you use to log into remote access are changing. Once logged in, you will be able to continue accessing the same resources using the same process as before. We will provide additional communication in the future when this process will be changing.
