Remote Access FAQ's

When you click on the XD-CW (or similar) shortcut, a downloaded file will appear in your browser, which needs to be opened to access the Remote Access system. If you don't see this download, check your device's "Downloads" folder and try opening the file from there. If you notice that the download's icon is a piece of paper, this means you either do not have Citrix Workspace downloaded, or your device does not know it needs to open it with Citrix Workspace. If you have Citrix Workspace installed, try right-clicking the download and choosing to open it with Citrix Workspace.

If you currently can sign into Remote Access: Open Google Chrome while signed into the remote access system, and click on the yellow "My Passwords" box at the top right of the page. Enter the prompted information, then click the green "Authenticate" button to sign into My Passwords. Once signed in, change the Domain password as needed.

If you currently cannot sign into Remote Access: For remote users, change your password by visiting the Reset Password page. For employees and other users, please call the SVHC Information Systems Helpdesk at 802-447-5411, or internally at ext. 5411.

For security reasons, you need to launch a new browser session each time you log into the SVHC remote access system. If you are getting this error message, then this means you have already signed in previously with the same browser session.

To resolve the issue, simply close your browser completely, then re-open your browser and sign in again. If the error persists, you may need to clear your browser's cookies.

Sign in with your mnemonic (this is also your Meditech username) and the same password you used in conjunction with Microsoft Authenticator to sign into the system.
